Paul Wright, General Manager of FuzeBox AI, Inc., will present at TEDxAsburyPark – UNLABEL INTELLIGENCE on October 7, 2026, at Triumph Stage in Red Bank, NJ. UNLABEL INTELLIGENCE asks the question: who gets to be called “smart,” and what happens when we expand that circle?

Wright’s presentation, “Whose Intelligence Is It?”, argues that a share of AI-generated money should flow back to the communities whose data created it and that this is a path to lasting resilience and equity. To support this, he traces three waves of technology: the web, social media, and now AI.

All three were built on everyday people’s data, and each made a small group wealthier while the communities that created the value received nothing. Wright says this result is a choice, not inevitable, and points to how cities require cable companies to pay for the right to use public assets. Applying that principle to AI, he argues, would return value to neighborhoods, local organizations, and workers who generate it, helping them weather AI-driven shifts in jobs, education, and local economies.

“The tools to make this happen already exist. Communities do not need to wait for permission to start using them,” said Wright. “When that value comes back to the communities that created it, it becomes a source of strength.”

TEDxAsburyPark – UNLABEL INTELLIGENCE is sold out, but there is a waitlist. More information is available at https://www.tedxasburypark.com/unlabel-intelligence/.
