INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Contractor certifications rarely expire one at a time. They cluster on annual and quarterly cycles, which means a site carrying a large vendor roster faces dozens of documents coming due in the same window.
Vendors typically email a stack of certificates, requiring someone on site to document each compliance task, determine the requirement each document satisfies, and often re-input data manually.
FacilityOS today released the ContractorOS AI Compliance Assistant, which automates document matching and handles the sorting step before a person reviews anything, speeding up vendor and contractor onboarding by up to 95%.
Upload the batch, review the matches
Compliance documents are uploaded in bulk. Each file is read, classified by document type, and its key fields extracted. The AI assistant then matches data in the documents against open compliance tasks and fills out required fields.
Documents do not need to be pre-sorted. A single batch can mix vendor-level and contractor-level documents without being separated.
The AI assistant serves up all information on a matching tab for review by the site administrator – putting a human in control of the final decision. A completion indicator makes this easy, by showing how much of each task the assistant populated automatically. Anything sitting at 100 percent can be quickly reviewed and approved, while items that were not fully completed can be quickly opened and finalized.
