Partnership establishes a scalable U.S.-Taiwan co-production model for autonomous maritime systems

PROVIDENCE, R.I., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Havoc, the all-domain collaborative autonomy company, and CSBC Corporation, Taiwan (CSBC), Taiwan’s largest shipbuilder, today announced a partnership to pursue licensed co-production of autonomous surface vessels (ASV) for Taiwan’s maritime security.

Under the partnership, Havoc and CSBC will work toward pairing CSBC’s shipbuilding and production capabilities with Havoc’s collaborative autonomy technology, integrating Havoc’s industry-leading autonomy software onto CSBC-built platforms produced and sustained in Taiwan.
