New AI-powered learning experience turns members’ accounts and spending into bite-sized lessons with quizzes, badges, and direct access to Fruition Mentors

ATLANTA, Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Fruition, the employee financial empowerment platform that pairs employees with real human Mentors, today announced the launch of Studio AI, a new learning experience that builds personalized financial lessons from each member’s own accounts and spending data, marrying education with real-life application. Studio AI is available now to all Fruition members.

The launch arrives at a critical moment, as results from the TIAA Institute’s 2026 GFLEC Personal Finance Index indicate the lowest scores in the survey’s 10-year history. US adults answered just 47% of questions correctly. The share of adults with very low financial literacy has grown from 20% in 2017 to 25% today, and Gen Z answered only 38% of questions correctly.

Most workplace financial education programs deliver the same courses, webinars, and article libraries to every employee, regardless of individual goals or circumstances. Studio AI instead generates each lesson from a member’s unique financial picture.

How It Works

Studio AI lessons draw on information already in a member’s Fruition account. Once a member chooses a topic, Studio AI tailors the lesson using their own accounts and goals.

Studio AI uses only the account information needed to build each lesson, and neither Fruition nor its AI providers use member data to train models. Member data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and generated lessons are stored in a secure database.

Employers get access to transparent reporting built into Workplace Manager on the topics and lessons being generated by employees within their organization.
